Problem solvers see beyond their biases

Bias: whether we recognize them or not, we all have biases, coaching bias, event bias, programming bias, ideology bias, philosophy bias. At the tale of it all, can one see past their biases, to seek curiosity? I believe the willingness to do that sets the problem solvers apart!
